The complete staff were very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions promptly. I hadn’t been there for awhile so it took a bit getting use to their system. It was a little confusing at the beginning but everything smoothed out.

Always a wonderful experience here. We are in MO they for a bath and flea medication and have never had any issues with staff or doctors. I feel everyone cares about our fur baby and is so welcoming to our family each visit!

After a bad experience at a different local vet we came in very nervous about upcoming travel with our dog. We were treated with great care and given the assurance that they would help us with all the steps needed along the way. It is easy to see that the staff are knowledgeable and that they truly care about the animals and their humans.

Ambassador LB Veterinary Hospital has genuine staff, great customer service and most importantly, provided wonderful service during surgery for my little kitten, Yeti! I appreciate the courtesy call explaining Yeti was doing well and could be picked up slightly earlier. Even his medicine was reasonably priced. It was a relief knowing my kitten was in good hands!! He’s off to a speedy recovery!

Staff was very helpful and I got back to the exam room quickly. The doctor let me know what he was checking for as he examined my dog and came up with a diagnosis. The treatment recommended is always presented with a cost for you to sign off on before anything is done, so no surprise bills at the end of the visit. The diagnosis was accurate, the treatment worked well, and my pup is doing well again. Definitely THE place to take your pet for good medical care.
